After a surprisingly easy phone call to the ticket office this morning, I am now a confirmed yes for saturday.
Looking at where the ground is then its easy enough to either drive or get the train from Leeds. The nearest train station to the ground is Burnley Manchester Road and is a 5 minute walk away. For those thinking of driving then the advise is to use the cricket club behind the away terrace rather than the local streets due to wheel clamping being in operation.
Any thoughts on how others plan on getting there?

Matt, I've just had a look at train times and it's a direct service form Leeds to Burnley. It takes just over an hour so that's probably a better option than driving. There is a also a train direct from Middlesbrough to Leeds that I can catch. This is my plan:
Leave Boro 11.00am - Arrive Leeds 12.23pm
Quick pint at the station or nearby pub?
Leave Leeds 12.51pm - Arrive Burnley 1.57pm
The next train from Leeds to Burnley would be an hour after so it'd get us in just too late for kick off. Let me know what you think.
Is anyone else from the north going and fancy meeting up in a pub beforehand?

If you dont know lads away fans get to drink in the cricket club behind Turf Moor which is quite decent and does good grub too. I cant make it unfortunatley so have a good day and lets hope for a good result!!

Ticket arrived in the post this morning, really looking forward to this now. The result doesn't really matter which I think is a good thing, no pre-match tension, just a fun day out. The train is a bonus too, get to have more than one pint for a change

One of the better away trips this season for me. Long day of travelling but worth it in the end. I thought it was going to be a day wasted after that first half but the second half livened things up a bit! Got a couple of photos I'll post up as soon as I get chance.
