Just had a text from Andy (tyneside) to say he's going to this. I am aswell and I think the plan is to go on the train again. Just wondered who else was going? Apparently tickets are only £10 for adults because they have downgraded us as a rubbish class game meaning cheaper tickets, bonus!

Hi guys,
I've just joined the board (having seen the link on Facebook!).
Went to quite a few away games last year and went down to Donny last time out.
I've got my ticket for Sheffield on Saturday. Would be keen to meet up with some fellow northern bluebirds to go down on the train if that is the plan.
Just living in Roundhay in North Leeds at mo.

Just ordered my ticket today so all happy with that.
YorkshireBlue...I currently live in Moortown so I will be getting the bus into town and then the train if you fancy it?
Rich....are you and Andy coming down together on the train from the north-east?

Bakedalasker - I'm not sure where the north/south divide is but it doesn't really matter, you're welcome here wherever you're from really (apart from Swansea maybe). Not sure what time we plan to arrive in Sheffield but we can arrange to all meet in an away friendly pub somewhere pre-match if you're up for that?
Yorkshire Blue & Matt - Welcome to the site Yorkshire I'm going to ring tyneside tonight and confirm that we're coming down on the train. We'll meet you both somewhere on Leeds station if you like? Not sure what time it'll be but we'll aim to be in Sheffield so we've got time for a couple of beers pre-match.

Ok Ian, I'll PM you my number, when you get into Sheffield give us a ring as I'm not too clued up on the pubs round there so don't know which one we'll be heading for.
I'll be getting the 9.00am from Middlesbrough which will arrive in Leeds at 10.23am so I was thinking the rest of us coming from the north could meet on Leeds station around then sometime, have a quick pint and get the next train to Sheffield? That should mean we get there for about 12 too.

Sounds a good plan to me. I'll do some digging and find out which pubs have away fans.

Can't get out of being a wage slave on Saturday so i'll miss being herded around Sheffield - avoid the pub directly up the hill opposite the train station unless you want an escort.

Pretty good atmosphere. According to our travelling copper they were expecting 1,300 of us. I had to go andcollect my ticket from the ground and when I got there a few Cardiff fans were trying to get tickets. So on that I would say about 1,500.
